Group therapy is ideal if you want to connect with others who share similar struggles, whether it’s stress, grief, parenting challenges, anxiety, or life transitions. It’s a safe and supportive way to grow with the guidance of a professional therapist.

We currently offer two types of group therapy:

  • CBT Skills Group – Designed to help manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress through practical, evidence-based strategies. This group focuses on identifying and reshaping negative thought patterns, building emotional awareness, and developing effective coping techniques.
    Available in English and Arabic.
    Requires a referral.

  • Supportive Therapy Group – A space for open discussion, connection, and mutual support. This group promotes self-care, self-compassion, and community building in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
Available in English, Arabic, Spanish, and Farsi.
    Requires a referral.

In each group, you’ll learn practical tools that support emotional well-being, foster personal growth, and build confidence. With guidance from the therapist and encouragement from peers, group therapy helps reduce isolation and creates meaningful support networks.
