When to consider

Your therapist may draw from CBT (to help shift unhelpful thinking patterns), EMDR (to process trauma), mindfulness techniques, or supportive talk therapy. Treatment is always tailored to your needs and comfort level.
Session length & frequency
Sessions are typically 50 minutes, once a week at the start. Over time, frequency may be adjusted depending on your progress and goals.
