I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, and hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I specialize in supporting neurodiverse individuals, including those with ADHD and Autism, with ages ranging from adolescence to adulthood. Additionally, I have experience supporting individuals who are navigating depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, trauma, life transitions, interpersonal challenges and substance use. I offer a warm, safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where we can explore your thoughts, emotions and values - helping you to move towards your goals and desired therapeutic outcomes. My approach is based in empathy, compassion and a client-centred lens, grounded in the belief that meaningful growth starts with honouring your unique story and experience. I aim to help you deepen your self-awareness and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. Seeking help can feel vulnerable, and I am here to walk alongside you on this journey.
